2. 14-Day Returns Policy:
 
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return a product, you must do so within 14 days from the date of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact our office to obtain a Goods Return Note (GRN) number. Returns without a valid GRN number will not be accepted.
 
3. Restocking Fee:
 
A restocking fee of 25% of the purchase price will be applied to all returns. This fee covers handling, inspection, and restocking costs associated with processing returned items.
 
4. Return Requirements:
 
Returned products must be in their original, unopened packaging and in the same condition as when purchased.
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
 
5. GRN Number and Return Process:

The GRN number must be clearly marked on the outside of the returned package.
Returns must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt.
 
6. Limited Warranty:
 
All products are subject to the terms of the manufacturer's warranty, if applicable. We make no additional warranties, whether expressed or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
 
7. Limitation of Liability:
 
We shall not be liable for any damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or otherwise, arising from your use of the Site or the products.
 
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
 
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
 
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions:
